Agent Execution Modeling Tool
Estimate, model, and reason about projected Agent Workbench executions for agent-based use cases in OutSystems ODC.
Use this tool during pre-sales conversations to build defensible execution estimates for Agent Workbench sizing conversations.
Quick Start
1
Pick a Use Case
Select from Document Processing, Customer Service, Claims, or Custom. Each template pre-populates relevant agents.
2
Set Transaction Volume
Enter the number of transactions per day your customer expects. This is the core business volume (e.g., claims filed, tickets received).
3
Choose Complexity
Simple (1 agent), Standard (2-3 agents), or Complex (4+ agents). This determines how many agents are generated.
4
Review & Fine-Tune
Adjust individual agent cards: change Execution Rate, Success Rate, drag monthly sliders, or rename agents.
Configuration Panel
| Field | What It Does | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Use Case | Selects a template that pre-populates agents. Templates are customizable in the Use Cases tab. | Destructive |
| Transactions/Day | The daily business volume your customer expects (e.g., 150 claims/day). Recalculates all agents proportionally. | Non-destructive |
| Complexity | Determines the number of agents: Simple (1), Standard (2-3), Complex (4+). Regenerates all agents. | Destructive |
| Pattern | Seasonal distribution pattern (Flat, Seasonal, Ramp Up, Wind Down). Recalculates monthly volumes without resetting agent settings. | Non-destructive |
Destructive changes (Use Case, Complexity) will show a confirmation dialog before replacing your agents. Non-destructive changes preserve your per-agent tuning.
Agent Cards
Each agent card represents one step in the workflow. Expand a card to fine-tune its settings:
Execution Rate
How many times this agent runs per transaction. Use
1.0 for 1:1, 0.3 for a 30% decision branch, 2.0 for double invocations.
Success Rate
Percentage that succeed on first attempt (default 95%). Failed executions incur retry overhead at 1.5x multiplier.
Monthly Sliders
Drag individual month sliders to override calculated values. Useful for known peaks or dips specific to this agent.
Role & Cap
Assign a role (Orchestrator, Specialist, etc.) with a monthly execution cap. Configure default caps in the Use Cases tab.
Workspaces & Sharing
Save Workspace
Name and save your current configuration. Stored in browser localStorage. Use the workspace dropdown to switch between saved customers.
Export CSV
Download your estimate as a CSV file for Google Sheets or Excel. Useful for sharing with stakeholders or attaching to proposals.
Export / Import Data
Use the Data tab to export all settings + workspaces as a JSON backup. Import on another device to transfer your data.
Settings (This Page)
Customize seasonal patterns, use case templates, and agent role caps. Changes apply to all new calculations.
Seasonal Patterns
Define monthly multipliers for different usage patterns
Days per Month
Adjust working/transaction days (reduce for holidays, weekends-only, etc.)
Used in "transactions × days" calculation
Use Case Templates
Define use case templates with default agent names
| Key | Label | Default Agents (comma-separated) |
|---|
Default Max Limits by Role
Monthly execution caps for each agent role
| Role | Max Monthly Executions |
|---|
Data Management
Manage saved workspaces and export/import data
Understanding what's stored:
● Settings = Pricing tiers, use cases, patterns, roles, days/month (this page)
● Workspaces = Saved customer configurations with agent data (e.g., "Acme Corp - Claims")

| Downloads a JSON file with both Settings and Workspaces. Use for backup or transfer. | |
| Loads exported JSON file. Merges with existing data. | |
| Deletes all workspaces. Settings are not affected. | |
| Header button ↗ | Reset to Defaults — Resets only Settings to factory defaults. |
